How can I register or request for Live-In Care Services?

Will I have a monthly or yearly contract?
No, we operate on a rolling agreement rather than a monthly or yearly contract. If you wish to terminate the care, we request two one weeks’ notice. In the event of an acute hospital admission or death, please inform us as soon as possible. Naturally, you won’t be charged for ending the agreement on short notice in such circumstances.
Is there a sign up fee?
No, IntroEase does not charge any sign-up or joining fees for using our services.
How much notice clients need to give to terminate a placement once started?
We ask for 7 days’ notice to terminate once the carer has started the placement, there will be a charge if terminated without the said notice period.
Can I change carers?
Yes — you always have the flexibility to request an alternative carer at any time, without extra costs. If your needs change, or if you would prefer someone with specific skills, you can either log in to our online portal to browse available carers, or simply request our support through the platform.
It’s entirely your choice who you’d like to work with.
Do IntroEase manage the performance of the Live-in Carers?
At IntroEase, we serve as an introductory platform that links carers with those in need of their services. Our support continues after the introduction, but we do not interfere with the carers’ execution of their responsibilities, manage their performance, or act as their employer. This approach allows carers and clients to operate independently.
How are ICP vetted?
Before ICP members become visible to you on the platform they will have been through our onboarding process, which includes but is not exhaustive, Interview, Screening, Right to Work, DBS – checked (within the last three years), experience, training and referencing.
Do Carer Members wear a uniform
No – if you would like your ICP to wear one then you would need to supply one.
Do your provide Live-in care?
Yes, we offer a Live-in service in Great Britain.
